Brandon Hill, has developed over a billion dollars of commercial and residential real estate, oversees Carter Hill’s acquisitions, development, and day-to-day construction. Matt leads a Sales and Marketing team with a community first perspective. Having grown up in the region, Matt has an innate sense of the Northern Nevada market, managing over 200 transactions annually.
OUR STORY
Brandon Hill, who has developed over a billion dollars of commercial and residential real estate, oversees Carter Hill’s acquisitions, development, and day-to-day construction. With a BS in Construction Management from Brigham Young University and a MBA from the University of California Davis, Brandon honed his skills at Pulte Homes as a construction superintendent then as the Director of Real Estate Development at Edgewood Companies. As a busy father of five, Brandon is a board member and coach for Carson Valley Little League, a coach for the Douglas County Parks and Recreation, and a board member for the Nevada Builders Alliance.
OUR STORY
Matt leads a Sales and Marketing team with a community first perspective. Having grown up in the region, Matt has an innate sense of the Northern Nevada market, managing over 200 transactions annually. As a broker, property manager, and investor, Matt has been honored as a top 40 under 40 nationwide and his team earned a spot as the #1 Real Estate Team in the State of Nevada by RealTrends. He has also successfully entitled and developed several subdivisions in Northern Nevada. When not leading our “Making Life Better” team, Matt spends his free time with his family, at church, or various sporting activities.

Nicole has been with Carter Hill Homes for over four years in the accounting department. With over 20+ years of experience in accounting for several different kinds of businesses; including mining, banking, retail big box stores like Home Depot, Carter Hill Homes is the first builder Nicole has ever worked for. It's thru the years of working in different industries Nicole was able to learn to adapt and improve whatever scenario she found herself in.
Nicole is a proud grandmother to five grandchildren ranging in age from 5 – 15! In her spare time she serves as a secretary for NV Horsepower, a non-profit foundation in Northern Nevada to protect our wild horses and leads a woman’s Bible study.

Bill Turkington
Superintendent, Builder

Bill has been working for Carter Hill Homes for over four year. With over 28 years of construction experience in the commercial and residential industry, Bill has worked with companies like Legacy Builders and My Place Hotels locations throughout the country. His hard work has given me the opportunities to work through all phases of construction from laborer to superintendent. When Bill isn't working at Carter Hill Homes, he enjoys fishing and riding his bike.

Nicholas Harvey

Nick has worked for Carter Hill Homes for over five years. With over 15 years of experience in commercial construction, Nick has had opportunities working as the construction manager for companies like Nordic Naturals, Disneyland, Marriot Resorts, Chevron, Shell and Carls Jr. Nick hosts his Bachelor Degree in Construction Management at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. When Nick isn't working at Carter Hill Homes he enjoys spending his time as an offroad race car fabricator and driver.

Kevin Engle

Kevin has worked for Carter Hill for over three years. With over 20 years of construction experience, Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge to the team at Carter Hill. When he isn't working, Kevin volunteers as a youth basketball coach and enjoys playing the guitar, so much so, that he considers himself a guitar enthusiast.

Ginger Besasparis

Ginger moved to the Carson Valley in 2014 and truly loves living in Northern Nevada. She is apart of the sales team and is currently enjoying her position as a community Host. Ginger has over six years experience in title and escrow and three years experience in real estate lending. Ginger has a deep love for home design and decorating, which led her into interior design, custom wall finishes, hand finished concrete, epoxy countertops and flooring in 2005. When she isn't working, Ginger enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. Ginger and her husband are heavily involved in public safety support in our community as well as the surrounding areas.
