OUR STORY
Kyle founded WHITESTAR HOMES in 2023 with the desire to make like better for customers by offering beautiful, highly functional homes at prices that are well-within reach. With efficient designs that maximize space and bedroom count, he’s well on his way.
Although the company is relatively new, he is no stranger to the business, with 15 years’ experience. It started in high school and college when he was inspired by a mentor in real estate development. That led Kyle to a homebuilding internship and, before long, a successful career in public homebuilding. His rapid rise saw him leading departments at large building companies where he was responsible for growing future closings through land acquisitions.

OUR STORY
While he gained a multitude of skills and knowledge about the homebuilding business, it was never the right personal fit. “The values that are important to me,” he says, “are not all that important in public homebuilding.” So, when the opportunity to open his own homebuilding company with NBG came along, he was ready. It was a partnership that enabled him to focus on the very things that had been missing: Ownership, value, and legacy.
