Building company owner Jeff Hinojosa has many qualities. Chief among them are creativity and caring. He simply has a unique ability to understand a customer’s true motivation for moving. “Whether it’s a family change, new job, or a change of scenery, I am able to tailor our process to meet their needs,” he says.
OUR STORY
Entrepreneurial at heart, he knew that one day he would own and operate his own business—one focused on helping people. Homebuilding turned out to be the path that combined his innate creative ability with his desire to make life better for people. So he jumped headlong into the industry, learning as much as he could and working a wide range of jobs.
Years went by and he found himself in the role of director of sales and marketing for a large public builder. But for Jeff, rising to the executive level was never the goal. “I always viewed my time with larger builders as the fire in which I could forge my skills,” he says. The bigger goal was to build a business that could deliver homes of great quality and enduring value.
OUR STORY
To that end, he founded Maplewood Homes in partnership with National Builder Group. It’s an arrangement that enables him to devote his time and attention to customer satisfaction. He understands the difference that home ownership can make in peoples’ lives and he aspires to deliver a world-class experience. “Whether you are a customer, trade partner, or someone who drove past one of our homes, we strive to make a positive impact on your life.”
Outside of homebuilding, Jeff is active in local real estate and homebuilding boards. He and his wife are animal lovers and volunteer as a foster home for local shelters.
