As owner of Amato Homes, Frank Amato is driven to help make life better for his customers. He does so by offering high-quality, entry-level homes that deliver tremendous value for working families. One thing he is not driven by is numbers.
OUR STORY
Throughout his 30 years in the home building industry, Frank worked many jobs, ultimately rising to Director of Operations for a national builder. In that role, he oversaw a three-state territory with up to 200 closings per year. But something was missing.
“I didn’t want to be just a number anymore and driven solely by profit,” he says. So, in 2020 he followed his dream and opened his own building company as part of National Builder Group. At Amato Homes, he is able to put his talents to work, of which there are many.

OUR STORY
Frank’s interest in construction was piqued during his time as a combat engineer in the military. It was there that he gained the skills and knowledge that set him on a civilian career in construction. Over the years he worked in various trades, learning the ins and outs of each before moving to the operations side of the business. His experience on both the labor and management sides of the industry helped shape the company he runs today.
Amato Homes is a company based on relationships established over 30 years, partnerships with the area’s best contractors and trusted city officials, and most importantly, offering affordable housing that helps build communities.
Outside of work, Frank is active with mission service in Mexico and Kenya, and is working toward his Doctorate of Ministry in Pastoral Counseling.
